Abstract
The purpose of this research is to investigate the impact of corporate social responsibility on the sustainable performance of the organization with the mediating role of strategic human resource management and artificial intelligence. The statistical population of this research is all senior managers of manufacturing companies, whose number is estimated at 814 companies. The size of the statistical sample, based on Morgan's table, is 214 companies. Questionnaires were completed by senior managers of manufacturing companies and finally 140 questionnaires were collected and analyzed. This research is descriptive-correlation in terms of research method and field method (questionnaire) in terms of data collection method. The data was analyzed using SPSS software (version 25) and 3SMART PLS software package. The obtained results indicated that the social responsibility of the company has a positive and significant effect on the sustainable performance of the organization. Artificial intelligence also has a positive and significant effect on the sustainable performance of the organization. Also, strategic human resource management and artificial intelligence have a significant mediating role in the relationship between corporate social responsibility and the sustainable performance of the organization. But strategic human resource management does not have a significant effect on the sustainable performance of the organization.
