Abstract
E-commerce is a word that is heard today in commercial and commercial articles and publications and general media. This new phenomenon has a reason for its newness, as well as various careers and fields of activity, with different definitions by different authorities. E-commerce is a general meaning of exchanging goods and services through computer networks, and it has many economic benefits, including creating employment, reducing inflation, increasing competition, improving productivity, and creating opportunities for small and medium-sized enterprises to operate. Without a proper e-commerce strategy, all the company's efforts to establish e-commerce may fail, and financial, human, and time resources may be exhausted, and even the survival of the organization may be threatened.
