Abstract
Innovation culture describes a new ecosystem in the fields of business and production philosophy. The difference between countries and regions in the field of management, science, engineering, technology and quality of work has become a factor that describes the dynamic characteristics of the complexity of the 21st century, thus increasing the international competitiveness of local companies in the framework of regional development policies. The improvement of entrepreneurship and the capacity of innovation in the local area in this century are important factors. In this process, strategic human resource management (peoM) is a vital activity for companies. Several factors are needed for the realization of these activities in order to adjust the environment and development. In this study, the effects of peoM are discussed and investigated with regard to the mediating role of innovation culture and employee ownership, and the difference between human resource management and strategic human resource management is discussed. This research develops a framework for examining employee satisfaction with work according to recent developments in innovation culture. Here, the goal is to determine the mediating effect of innovation culture on job satisfaction between strategic human resource management and employee ownership.
