Abstract
The purpose of this research is to investigate the relationship between strategic management practices and job satisfaction in Italy. This research is descriptive-correlational in terms of practical purpose and data collection method. The statistical population of the study of all employees of the city of Rome, Italy in 2018 was 433 people, according to Cochran's formula, the required number of samples was 202 people, which were selected by simple random sampling. The data collection tool of the Minnesota Job Satisfaction Questionnaire (2009) and the researcher's Strategic Human Resources Management Questionnaire includes 34 questions. The content validity of the questionnaire was approved by a group of experts. Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used to measure the reliability and reliability using Spss software, which was calculated to be more than 7. The results of the research with Smart PLS software show that there is a significant relationship between strategic management practices and job satisfaction in Kashan municipality. Also, there is a significant relationship between recruitment and selection of training and development, performance evaluation, compensation and reward, and job satisfaction.
