Abstract
This research examines organizational strategies and the role of knowledge management in creating and implementing these strategies. First, the strategic model of knowledge management value chain and knowledge architecture are examined. Then, the nature of knowledge and its cycle are examined along with the different entrances and exits from the knowledge cycle. In this research, the basic concepts such as knowledge architecture, nature of knowledge, knowledge cycle and its gateway are introduced first. Then, according to the life cycle of processes and schools of strategy and strategic management, a look at different models of formulation and implementation of knowledge management strategy is presented. The purpose of this research is to provide solutions to improve organizational performance through knowledge management strategies. This includes determining the mission and social responsibilities, examining internal and external factors, creating the integration of the strategy with the organizational culture, and adapting the structure and performance to the strategy. The results of this research show that the use of knowledge management strategies can have a significant improvement in organizational performance, including improving flexibility, increasing innovation, and improving financial performance and the overall performance of the organization.
