Abstract
In this research, the structure of the valuation theory of knowledge-based companies has been investigated with emphasis on various economic and management theories. First, the resource-based theory and the theory of industrial structure effects have been introduced as two important theoretical frameworks in this field and their impact on the valuation of investment in knowledge-based companies has been examined. Then, the theory of the foreign relations communication network perspective and the role of strategic alliances in increasing the valuation of knowledge-based companies with the support of investment have been studied. The purpose of this research is to develop a theoretical framework for evaluating and improving the valuation of investments in knowledge-based companies, considering the structural effects of strategic investments and the role of new technologies and economic institutions. The results of this research show that several factors such as the company's internal resources, industrial structure, strategic alliances and new technologies have a significant impact on the valuation of knowledge-based companies. Also, the use of strategic management models and organizational excellence can help improve the economic performance of these companies. The findings also indicate that investing in new technologies and using new management strategies play a key role in increasing the value of these companies.
