Abstract
This research was done with the aim of investigating the dimensions of strategic management and its characteristics in the improvement and development of organizations. Strategic management plays an important role in the success and sustainability of organizations in today's dynamic and competitive business environment. By examining the various dimensions of strategic management, including formulation, implementation, and evaluation, this study seeks to provide insight into the key practices and processes that drive organizational growth and effectiveness. Human resources, as the most key organizational resources, will be used efficiently and effectively when they are managed with a strategic attitude. The strategic approach in human resource management is the concept of using new techniques and methods that the organization can rely on to react appropriately to the unstable environment. Many researches have been done on the impact of strategic human resource management and entrepreneurial orientation on the performance of the organization separately. In addition, this study will examine the characteristics of effective strategic management such as flexibility, innovation and adaptability and their impact on organizational performance. A comprehensive review of existing literature, case studies and empirical research will be conducted to synthesize the current understanding of strategic management dimensions and their implications for organizational development. The findings of this study provide valuable guidance for managers and leaders who seek to improve their strategic management capabilities and sustainable growth and success in their organizations. Also, the research findings confirm the impact of strategic management of human resources and entrepreneurial orientation on financial performance and employee performance.
