Abstract
The purpose of this research is to investigate the impact of strategic human resource management activities on innovative performance with the mediating role of business strategy. This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey and correlational in terms of gathering information. The collected data are categorized and classified using the descriptive statistics method (frequency distribution, table and graph). Pearson's correlation coefficient is used to determine the relationship between the variables. To analyze the data using pls software, hypothesis testing was done. The results showed that strategic human resource management activities have a positive and significant impact on business strategy and innovative performance, and business strategy has a positive and significant impact on innovative performance. Business strategy plays a mediating role between strategic human resource management activities on innovative performance and ultimately leads to innovative performance.
