Abstract
Nowadays, the optimal job performance of employees leads to the commercial success of organizations and affects their productivity and profitability, and on the other hand, inefficient job performance is usually associated with lower organizational productivity, profitability and effectiveness. Among the most important factors influencing the job performance of employees can be mentioned the management style and leadership style, strategic management of human resources and intellectual capital. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to investigate the impact of strategic human resource management functions on the job performance of employees with the mediating role of intellectual capital. The current research is an applied research in terms of its purpose, and in terms of data collection, it is a descriptive-survey research. The statistical population of this research includes all the managers and employees of the human resources department of the executive organizations of England, numbering 890 people, and the statistical sample size based on the Cochran sample estimation formula is 564 employees. In order to collect data and measure the relationship between research variables, a questionnaire was used. In order to analyze the collected data and information, structural equation model method was used and SPSS and LIDSREL software were used. The results of the research showed that the functions of strategic human resources management have a significant effect on the job performance of employees with the mediating role of intellectual capital.
