Abstract
The purpose of this research was to analyze the ratio of public policy in the field of public economic law policy. The main policy makers in the field of public economics, in the light of moral schools, seek to resolve the gap between what is and what should be by differentiating between the existing situation and keeping in mind the desired goals. On the other hand, the successful completion of these processes depends on the continuous evaluation of all the components of these two main and important components, which is usually done based on various components, such as the principles governing public and economic law policies. Different economic schools have organized their policy evaluation system or systems by using their targeted and different criteria regarding moral valuation. The findings show that the selection of each of the approaches of duty, virtue, and moral economy has had certain requirements in evaluating the policies of different legal and economic schools. The purpose of this research was to analyze the ratio of public policy in the field of public economic law policy.
