Abstract
This research aims to explain the relationship between green supply chain management, green intellectual capital and green information system with environmental performance and financial performance. The research method is based on the objective, applied, and in terms of the method of doing the work, descriptive survey. The statistical population of the present study includes the employees and managers of small and medium-sized manufacturing businesses in Atlanta, and a sample of 277 people was selected using the available sampling method using the Cochran formula, and the data collection tool of this research was a questionnaire that was valid. And its reliability has been confirmed. Structural equation modeling was used for data analysis and the results indicate a significant relationship between green supply chain management and green intellectual capital with environmental performance and financial performance. Also, the relationship between green information system and environmental performance and the relationship between environmental performance and financial performance have also been confirmed. In addition, indirect hypotheses (the mediating effect of the environmental performance variable) have also been examined with the Sobel test and suggestions for organizations have been presented.
