Abstract
Key performance indicators mean the ability of any management to anticipate changes in the work environment. Such management should be able to recognize environmental changes and look at them as factors of growth and prosperity in today's world where changes happen quickly. Based on this, even though key performance indicators have a special role and importance in management, so far no extensive researches have been conducted in this field. Therefore, the main problem in this research is to examine the relationship between some management variables and the key indicators of management performance. Considering this importance, the researcher has decided to consider the relationship between some managerial variables- such as emotional intelligence, managerial intelligence and intellectual capital management as predictive variables in the criterion variable [key indicators of managerial performance] in a frame called "relationship investigation" between strategic management initiatives and key indicators of managerial performance. The current research is descriptive and correlational. It was observed that there is a significant relationship between the dimensions of these variables and the key indicators of managerial performance. It was also observed that self-management, application of knowledge, unity and agreement, and relational capital have a more positive effect compared to other variables in predicting key performance indicators.
