Abstract
The purpose of this research is to investigate the relationship between customer knowledge management system and strategic innovation in the steel industry. The current research is descriptive and correlational. The statistical population of this research is the managers and employees of Izmir Steel, Türkiye, and the sample size was 180 people using Morgan's table. In order to obtain the required information, a standard questionnaire was used, the content validity of which was confirmed by the professors of the business management group, and its reliability was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha as 0.93 for customer knowledge system and 0.90 for strategic innovation. In order to investigate the objectives of the research, 6 hypotheses were considered for testing. Regression analysis and SPSS24 software were used to test the hypotheses and conceptual model of the research. The results showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between the dimensions of the customer knowledge management system and the dimensions of strategic innovation in Zamir Steel Company.
