Abstract
In today's business world, organizations need strategic management and integrated performance management to succeed in a competitive and changing environment. Strategic management is a process in which organizations develop and implement strategies to achieve their long-term goals. On the other hand, performance management is a process in which the performance of employees and teams is measured and evaluated against the goals and expectations of the organization. The relationship between strategic management and performance management is a two-way relationship. On the one hand, strategic management provides a framework for performance management. The goals and expectations of the organization, which are determined in the strategic management process, form the basis of performance management. On the other hand, performance management helps managers to evaluate the organization's performance in line with their strategic goals. In this article, the ORISE model is used as a new approach to the organization's performance management in order to implement strategies as best as possible. In the ORISE approach, after the full implementation of the performance management cycle and after the establishment of the system, the use of performance information in the improvement of the organization can be determined about the desired strategy, which includes determining the possible strategies, evaluating each of them, and finally choosing the peace strategy from among them. , made a decision.
