Abstract
The aim of the current research was to provide a structural equation model of the impact of strategic management styles on organizational performance, taking into account the moderating role of decision-making styles. The current research was descriptive and correlational. To collect information, researcher-made questionnaires were used. For data analysis, Pearson's correlation coefficient test and path analysis and structural equation method and Smart PLS software were used. The results showed that there is a significant impact of strategic management styles on organizational performance considering the moderating role of decision-making styles.
