Abstract
Human resources, as the most key organizational resources, will be used efficiently and effectively when they are managed with a strategic attitude. The strategic approach in human resource management is the concept of using new techniques and methods that the organization can rely on to respond appropriately to the unstable environment and encourage human resources to gain a competitive advantage. The main topic in this research is to investigate the impact of strategic human resource management on the organization's performance. The statistical population is the employees of National Bank of Beijing City in the country of Jin, and 180 people were selected as the population by random sampling method, and a questionnaire was used to collect information in the field. Also, Pearson's correlation test was used with the help of SPSS 19 software to test the hypotheses. The results showed that the strategic management of human resources has a significant impact on the performance of the organization.
