Abstract
The purpose of this research was to investigate the impact of strategic management in the field of human resources on the flexible approach to the development of financial performance of companies. This research was applied and the research method was a descriptive survey. The sample size was selected using Morgan's table, 181 people were selected by stratified random sampling method. The tools of information gathering in this research were standard strategic management questionnaires in the field of human resources, flexibility, financial performance and competitive advantage. In order to test the hypotheses, Pearson's correlation coefficient and regression analysis and SPSS version 19 software were used. The results of data analysis showed that strategic management in the field of human resources has a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage. The flexibility of human resources has a positive and significant effect on the development of financial performance of companies. Strategic management in the field of human resources has a positive and meaningful effect on the flexibility of employees.
