Abstract
Today, the most important issue facing any organization is to understand the conditions and quickly adapt to market changes, i.e. globalization, new competition, increasing customer expectations, and the impact of the information revolution on the marketing method of organizations. As a result, strategic marketing, instead of production skills, is the main task of creating a distinctive advantage. has taken over. The lack of strategic marketing attitude in managers deprives them of knowing the strategic changes of competitors and customers, and as a result, new market opportunities and threats are not considered quickly enough. Financial management in companies has a central role and is effective in budgeting, financing in financial markets and evaluating capital projects and marketing. Today, due to the financial analysis methods and the more complicated stock markets, and on the other hand, the globalization of many companies that need foreign financing, financial management plays a role more than organizing conditions and strategic marketing. Financial management is directly involved in the company's decisions and its interaction with the company's strategy and as a result of its strategic marketing.
