Paying attention to human resources and its role in organizational development and achieving predetermined goals in developed countries and successful organizations shows the increasing importance of this capital, which is considered as a competitive advantage. Strategic management refers to the issue of helping employees to meet their needs as well as advancing the goals of the organization, so that in line with that, while increasing the motivation of employees and meeting their needs, the higher goals of the organization will also be realized. Strategic management has an impact on the organization's performance due to the direct involvement of employees.
